    Aim :

    Development of Master Section of B Side

    Solution:

    Now we have created the tooling axis as shown below :

     

    Using bisecting lines we have created the tooling axis as shown.

    Draft Analysis :

    As you can see few surfaces will need to be given additional draft .

    We have made flanges as shown below :

    We have trimmed these flanges with the class A surface as shown below and got the following :

    In the same manner we have trimmed with class b surface :

    Creation of Class C Surface :

    We  have extracted the surfaces as shown below :

    As you can see below the c surface has been created :

    Now we will get the final trim as shown below :

    Now we will create the solid body as shown below :

    B Side Features :

     

    We will create the b side features as shown 

     As you can see the dog house has been created as shown below :

    Creation of 4 Way locator:

     

    We have created a 4 way locator as shown below :

    Now we have followed rules for design of doghouse we get the following:

    After adding the ribs we get the final product as :
